Acceptable use policy

The model refuses less than most models. That does not make every use allowed. You must not use the service to:

• Create, request, or distribute sexually explicit or pornographic content of any kind. Any sexual content involving minors ends the account immediately and is reported to authorities.
• Plan or facilitate violence, terrorism, or weapons capable of mass casualties.
• Develop or deploy malware, or attack systems you are not authorized to test.
• Harass, threaten, or dox individuals, or run fraud, scams, or spam.
• Break the law where you or your users are located.
• Resell access without a written agreement, or attack or overload the service.

If you serve other people

You are responsible for your own users: age checks, content controls, and handling their reports.

Enforcement

We do not read prompts, so enforcement relies on reports, legal requests, and payment-processor or partner notices. Report abuse to abuse@infrenis.com with request ids if you have them. We may suspend keys or accounts while we investigate.
